Modern demands for increased reliability and efficiency of industrial and transportation equipment have significantly tightened the operational requirements for fuels and lubricants.Changes in environmental protection regulations have necessitated the development of petroleum products with improved environmental properties. The emergence of base oils and additives with new or enhanced characteristics on the market has led to the need to update and optimize traditional formulation approaches.

As a result, standard methods for developing lubricants can no longer meet the ever-growing quality demands for petroleum products.

The research team at the Central Chemical Testing Laboratory (CCTL) of SouzAviaHim:

will help you navigate modern lubricant classifications and select the optimal combination of properties or specific oil brand tailored to your equipment’s design features and operating conditions.
will develop new and upgrade existing oil grades for aviation, automotive, tractor, marine, engineering, and other specialized equipment.
will develop technologies for sourcing and manufacturing lubricants, including those derived from alternative
(non-petroleum) feedstocks and their components produced using innovative methods.
will provide recommendations for optimal oil application practices in equipment.
Recommendations are proposed on the purpose, specification, interchangeability and compatibility, including domestic and foreign brands of lubricants.
will oversee manufacturing process compliance, perform quality checks, and deliver full documentation packages for your ordered lubricant batches

1. Quality Certificate issued in accordance with GOST R 55971-2014 (English translation available upon request);

2. Chemical Product Safety Data Sheet compliant with GOST 30333-2022;

3. Safety Data Sheet (SDS) formatted per Regulation (EU) No 2020/878 (provided upon request);

4. EAEU TR/CU TR Declaration (provided upon request).

Quality Department CCTL:

specializes in petroleum product quality analysis, including lubricants, diesel fuel, and cooling fluids.

All quality verification tests are performed on accredited and calibrated modern equipment using exclusively standardized test methods – GOST, ISO, EN.

Upon test completion, customers receive a Test Report formatted in strict compliance with -

GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 and GOST R 58973-2020:

The text of the protocol, at the customer’s request, can be drawn up in either Russian or English.
The test report can be drawn up either on paper or in electronic form, subject to the established rules for document preparation.
